According to the Trade Policy and Strategy Office (TPSO), Thailand exported US$149 million worth of air conditioners in May 2026, up 40.7% year-on-year, while exports reached US$784 million during January–May, an 18.9% increase.

The fastest-growing segments include reversible air conditioners with heat pump functions, followed by air-conditioning parts and window/wall-mounted units. Europe remains a key destination, with Germany alone importing US$30.8 million worth of Thai air conditioners.
