Google Cloud has officially launched the “AI Startup Innovation Corridor” program, further expanding its artificial intelligence ecosystem strategy across Southeast Asia. The initiative is open to AI startups from six ASEAN countries, including Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Vietnam.
Selected startups will gain access to Google Cloud’s AI infrastructure, enterprise-level development platforms, AI tools, and cloud credits of up to USD 350,000 to support AI model training, development, and deployment. Participating companies may also receive early access to Google’s next-generation AI technologies.
The initiative reflects the accelerating development of the ASEAN AI ecosystem and the growing regional focus on digital transformation. As AI adoption continues to expand, investment demand for data centers, smart buildings, digital infrastructure, and intelligent urban systems across Southeast Asia is expected to increase significantly.
The growth of AI infrastructure is also expected to drive rising demand for high-efficiency cooling systems, precision air conditioning, cleanroom technologies, energy-efficient HVAC solutions, and smart energy management systems.
Several ASEAN governments, including Singapore, Indonesia, and Vietnam, are actively integrating AI into their national economic development strategies, further accelerating the region’s digital economy and smart infrastructure expansion.
ARHC – ASEAN RHVAC & Cleanroom Industry Expo will continue to monitor the latest developments in ASEAN AI, data center, and smart infrastructure industries, supporting regional HVAC, cleanroom, and energy solution providers in capturing emerging market opportunities.
